AI & Algorithm Transparency Disclosure

Last updated: 22 June 2026

In line with 2026 expectations for algorithmic transparency in Australia, this page explains where artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, or automated systems are used on Forceback.ddd ("we", "us", "our"), what data they process, and what they do not do. This disclosure supplements our Privacy Policy under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. Our Commitment to Transparency

We believe you should know when content or functionality on our Site is produced or influenced by AI or automated logic. We do not use AI to make decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you. We do not provide automated medical, physiotherapeutic, psychological, or personalised health consultations.

2. Summary Table

The table below lists every relevant system on this Site as at the date above:

3. AI-Assisted Content Creation

Some informational text on this Site — including guides on micro bursts, dynamic sitting, BDNF, office exercises, and meeting preparation — may be created or refined using generative AI tools as part of our editorial workflow. In all cases:

If you identify factual errors in AI-assisted content, contact us at connectuse@forceback.shop so we can correct it promptly.

4. AI-Assisted or AI-Generated Images

Illustrative images displayed on this Site (for example, image/picture.jpg through image/picture8.jpg) may include visuals created or enhanced using generative AI tools to depict office environments, desk exercises, and movement breaks. These images:

Where an image is substantially AI-generated, we aim to label it in the image alt text or adjacent caption. If we introduce new AI-generated visuals, we will update this disclosure before or at the time of publication.

5. Meeting Prep Generator — Rule-Based Automation

The interactive Meeting Prep tool on our Home and Meeting Prep pages is a deterministic, rule-based system. When you select "Zoom call", "Presentation", or "Document review", the tool displays a fixed set of pre-written exercises from our content library. It does not use machine learning, does not profile you, and does not send your selections to our servers — processing happens locally in your browser via JavaScript.

Input: your event type selection. Output: suggested movement and breathing routine. Data stored: none on our servers.

6. No AI Chat or Automated Consultations

This Site does not offer a live AI chat, virtual assistant, or automated consultation service. When you submit our contact form, your message is intended for human review. We do not use AI to diagnose conditions, prescribe exercises for specific injuries, or generate personalised medical guidance.

Do not share sensitive health information expecting an AI or clinical response.

7. Personal Information and AI (APP Compliance)

We handle personal information in accordance with the APPs. Specifically:

We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning individuals, as defined under applicable 2026 transparency expectations and OAIC guidance on automated decision-making.

8. Privacy Reform and Regulatory Context (Australia)

Australia's privacy framework continues to evolve. We monitor reforms to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including enhanced transparency obligations for automated processing and AI-assisted services. This disclosure is reviewed regularly to remain consistent with OAIC guidance and applicable Commonwealth and Victorian law as at the "Last updated" date above.

9. Third-Party AI and Analytics

Third-party services embedded on or linked from our Site (such as Google Maps, analytics providers, or font/icon CDNs) may use their own automated systems. Their use of data is governed by their privacy policies. We only enable non-essential analytics cookies with your consent.

10. Future Changes

If we introduce new AI features — such as AI chat support, personalised exercise recommendations, or additional AI-generated imagery — we will:

11. Complaints

If you have concerns about how AI or automated tools affect your personal information, contact us at connectuse@forceback.shop. You may also lodge a complaint with the OAIC at www.oaic.gov.au (1300 363 992).
